• All sessions require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.

• Final payment is due before or on the day of your session unless otherwise agreed.

• Customized projects may require milestone payments or written agreements outlining deliverables.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Clients may reschedule with at least 48 hours’ written notice.

• Cancellations within 48 hours will forfeit the deposit.

• We reserve the right to reschedule due to illness, emergencies, or severe weather, with reasonable notice.

4. Image Usage & Copyright

• All photographs are the property of Island Memories Media, unless otherwise specified.

• Clients are granted non-exclusive, royalty-free usage rights for personal or promotional use (e.g., websites, social media, press).

• Commercial resale or third-party licensing of images is not permitted without written consent.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for securing permissions for all locations and individuals being photographed.

• For event services involving minors, verbal or written consent from parents/guardians is required.

6. Limitation of Liability

Island Memories Media is not liable for:

• Lost, damaged, or corrupted files due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Delays due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, technical failure).

7. Privacy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, and store your information.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
